In this 90-minute experiential online workshop, you'll learn how creativity can support your well-being. You'll be guided through therapeutic art activities focusing on self-expression, relaxation, and reflection. We'll also practice mindfulness, and there'll be an opportunity to connect to the community during some group sharing (optional).

Don't miss this opportunity to connect to your creative expression!

No artistic skill is required.

Our creative wellbeing workshops are designed to support your emotional health.

Through guided art-making, somatic tools, and gentle mindfulness, we help you reduce stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and nourishing.

Participants leave with practical tools for emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of clarity and calm.

Each workshop blends elements of art therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to create space for real inner transformation.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, or simply craving time to reflect, these workshops offer deep, restorative support in a safe and welcoming environment.
